Trump has now been officially banned by Twitter and almost every other major social media platform (yes, even including myspace and his email mailing list).
When the news originally broke, many decided to permanently switch over to Parler to continue enjoying their remaining freedom of speech. But this was short-lived as Google and Apple both decided to remove Parler from their app stores.
Not only are they targeting Trump personally, but also many conservative news networks and voices in the community. These pages are noticing a massive drop in followers over the past day and many have been suspended.
Big tech clearly isn’t learning their lesson as this is only dumping extra flammable fuel into a raging fire. The capitol building was stormed because of big tech’s manipulation and treatment of the president and his supporters over the past four years. Banning the president’s only means of communication will not make him go away, it will only make his supporters more extreme and have more of a reason to storm more buildings.
America thrives on the idea of freedom of speech and Americans are very well aware of what usually follows censorship. As one of the few truly free countries on earth, we will fight to the death to maintain that right.
If big tech doesn’t stop this censorship immediately, there will be consequences. American patriots from all over the country must assemble at the headquarters of every big tech company and demand freedom of speech. If they don’t, we will force our way in and do it for them. We must work together to make it impossible to ignore us.
